ABOUT OUR SERVICE CHARGE: A 7.5% service charge is added to your accommodations bill to cover gratuities to our guest services and maintenance staff. The service charge promotes a fair allocation of what would generally be “tips” from our guests to Caribbean Villas Hotel employees. Caribbean Villas pays out 100% of the service charges collected to our employees at the end of every month. No other tipping is necessary, unless one feels that a particular member of staff deserves special appreciation.
