“Caribbean Villas was our final stop in what has been an amazing trip to Belize & Guatemala. Had heard about San Pedro from my mother-in-law who was born there. We could not have found a better place to stay than Caribbean Villas – beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and real comfort. Some of the highlights of our 5 nights there: snorkelling; the fish were incredible, the kind of thing you see in a David Attenborough program, only real! Really colourful and so exotic looking”
“The Staff here (at Caribbean Villas) have been wonderful! We had some problems with noisy neighbours (two families with small children on both sides of us) and the staff found us another room! They couldn’t have been more accommodating here at Caribbean Villas”

The Birding here is fun – try the People Perch early in the morning. At the end of the day go to the end of the pier and relax on the chairs – you can hear the sounds of the waves over the Barrier Reef.”

Caribbean Villas was/is incredible. What a beautiful setting. Can not get any better. EVERYONE who works there is so special. Mary, Leon, Lilly, Ampi, Edele, Wendy, EVERYONE! I miss being there so much and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for such wonderful, wonderful memories.

I love this place. I spent a few days there in August of 2008, and will be going back again in May and June of 2009. Short walk to town, great setting, I can’t wait to go back.

We Had a wonderful time here, thanks to your wonderful staff and clean and beautiful resort.
I truely miss you all….Mary, Tony, Louis, Sandra,Javier, Lily… thank you for a great vacation even though it rained all week it was still great because of you wonderful people.
I can’t wait to come back. I am hooked on Belize more importantly San Pedro, Carribean Villas..
We came home to 9 inches of snow…

We were blessed to get to spend Christmas 2008 in Belize at Caribbean Villas. I love; no, I ADORE Caribbean Villas! Waking up every morning to the sounds of tropical birds chirping. Walking through the enchanting little jungle right there on-site! Seeing and hearing tropical flora and fauna; hermit crabs, lizards, beautiful birds, trees and flowers during the day; and fireflies in the evening! (The first time my husband ever got to see fireflies!) Searching for iguanas, and finding three after Tony the bartender so kindly showed us where to look (up in the trees)! Snorkeling right off the dock, and swimming in the beautiful ocean! Eating the best beef burritos in the world at the Catamaran Bar under the stars, sipping on Belikin Beer, and relaxing with fellow vacationers and the best bartenders, Louis and Tony! Going on wonderful tours to Lamanai one day and snorkeling the next at Hol-Chan with “Seaduced” — all arranged by the wonderful staff of Caribbean Villas staff (Leon, Ampi)! I haven’t even mentioned our room! Our room had everything you could ask for and was charming, comfortable, and clean! And a beautiful ocean view, to boot! Caribbean Villas is within walking distance to everything, but everything you need is in this beautiful oasis in paradise!
“They say your heart never leaves once you’ve been down to Belize.” How true, Jerry Jeff Walker! My heart yearns to be back there – eating burritos and sipping Belikin Beer under the stars at the best place in the world!

We anticipated a great time and we were not disappointed…. the staff and management were first class. Our son was married on the end of the pier, which was decorated by the staff. A very nice BBQ wedding dinner was prepared by management and the staff….. nice, quiet, comfortable, excellent flavors and great service. We have a very short list of places to return to and this is on it. I suspect we will be back for a longer visit Feb-Mar 2010.

Hola, agradecerles por como nos trataron, un servicio muy familiar siempre con sonrisas y buena onda. La verdad no nos queriamos ir de ese hermoso lugar y tenemos muchas ansias de volver!! Sin duda una de las mejores vacaciones que tuvimos, y el lugar un paraiso!! Gracias a todo el staff y esperamos volver a verlos pronto!!

We had the best vacation at Caribbean Villas last week. The weather was perfect everyday with a breeze at the beach. Stepping onto the beach right from our room was perfect for our family. Snorkeling at the pier as well as at Hol Chan was amazing. Caribbean Villas is far enough off the road that you can’t hear any golf cart traffic. There is a lovely birding nature walk and jungle area that buffers the guests from the main street. The water in the sea as well as the pool is warm and the bar was great. We all loved it!!

Caribbean Villas…an exclaimation point to our vacation in Ambergris Caye. We spent 3 nights/4 days in San Pedro and from the moment we arrived we had a very realxing experience at CBV. The staff is friendly and helpful and place is perfectly located; near yet so far from the main town. The You could lay on the beach or swing on the hammock just listening to the sea-breeze forever. The pool and hot tub nice to sit and relax, infact they even have a lill swim/snorkel area right by the pier. The bar serves drinks all day and the Sunday BBQ was a awesome. All in all we had an “UNBELIZEABLE TIME”

I visited the Caribbean Villas Hotel in August 2009 and had the most amazing vacation of my life! Everything about this hotel was perfect. It is so laid back and relaxing, the views are awesome, and it is in the perfect location. We rented a golf cart for out 7 day vacation, but it is close enough to walk into town. Any further from town would be too far, while any closer would be too close. Everyone here was so great. The office staff was very helpful in finding activities to do while on our trip and referred us to a lot of great places to see and eat. We especially loved the bar staff, Tony and Luis. These guys were so much fun and friendly. This was our first time to Belize and will definitely not be our last. And, we will definitely be staying at Caribbean Villas!!! I can’t wait for next time!!

Our four nights were remarkable. From waking up with the beauty of the Caribbean at our doorstep, to relaxing in the jacuzzi under the starlit skies at night, nothing coulod have been better. I just left 10 days ago, and already have my faavourite suite booked for next month. Your staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming.
See you in a month!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation- all 14 of us!! Everything from the rooms,the staff and all the facilities were exceptional! It was the perfect place for our family and friends and I hope we’ll return again next year. Thanks for giving us such a fantastic holiday!

We stayed at Caribbean Villas May 7-16, 2010. A perfect location–far enough from town to be quiet, close enough for an easy walk along the beach into town (or bike ride or golf cart trip if you’re so inclined). Staff friendly and helpful; we want to return–it was great!
